Description

Starting at an elevation of 2380 feet, this trail gradually climbs as it follows the northern side of Kelsey creek. The topography and scenery change rapidly as the trail winds above deep pools and repeated low falls on the creek. Visitors are treated to Maple Falls, a prominent cascade, oak Madrone flats giving way to pine and fir forested slopes and sweeping views of the massive King's Castle marble formation.
